GTE Financial helps keep members informed of fraudulent activity. Below are some additional resources and contact information to assist you in staying protected.

Using Online or Mobile Banking? Visit our Account Access section to learn more about security as well as steps for how to login for the first time.

  • Forgot Password: If you have forgotten your password, please click LOGIN Online Banking at the top of the website. Select the “Forgot Password” link and follow the instructions to create a new one.
  • Update Password: If you know what your current Online Banking password is, but want to update it to a different one, login to your account and click on the ‘Change Password’ link located in the main navigation.

When logging into Online Banking, make sure your security questions and MyKey image are the ones you selected. If for some reason this information is not accurate, please contact Member Care at 813.871.2690 or toll-free at 1.888.871.2690.

If your debit or credit card is lost or stolen, contact us right away at 813.871.2690 or toll-free at 1.888.871.2690 ext. 40401 Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 6pm. For after-hours, please call 1.800.449.7728.

  • If you think you might have received a fraudulent request and provided information please contact GTE Financial Member Services IMMEDIATELY at 813.871.2690 or toll-free at 1.888.871.2690.
  • If you have received a questionable email or have visited a website you believe may be phony, or know you've been a victim of a scam, please report it immediately to GTE Financial at CyberCrime@gtefinancial.org.
  • Report identity theft to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at ftc.gov/idtheft or 877.438.4338.
  • You can report scams, fraud, and suspicious activity to the FTC at ftccomplaintassistant.gov or 877.382.4357
  • If you believe you’re a victim of identity theft, you should contact all 3 major credit bureaus.
