This is a 15 Year Fixed home loan. This mortgage would be utilized for the purchase of an investment property, which is a property that is not occupied by the owner and who, in most cases, receives income off the property. For purchases or limited cash-out refinances, the maximum loan to value ratio (LTV) is 80%; you could put as little as 20% down.  (For full cash-out refinances, the LTV is 75%.)

  • You want to purchase property for an investment and pay less interest than a 30 Year Fixed Investment Property Loan.
  • Want the stability of a fixed interest rate for the life of the loan.
