GTE's New Remote Support Center in Phoenix Arizona

GTE Financial is excited to open our new Arizona-based call center to support our more than 250,000 members. We may be new to Arizona but we aren’t new - We’ve been serving our members in Florida for 85 years! Our motto is Going Beyond Money and that means we get involved, and we do whatever it takes to help our members!  At GTE, philanthropy is a part of our culture. Last year, we raised more than $670,000 for local charities. We look forward to getting involved and making a difference in the local Phoenix community.

Hello! My name is Anthony Padron and I am the Manager of GTE Financial’s brand new Phoenix Call Center. I started with GTE in 2016. I enjoy the problem-solving nature of the job and helping our members become more knowledgeable and in control of their finances. In just my third month with the company, I was the top advocate in our department. Our new Phoenix office is an integral part of the next level of commitment to our members. Not only does Phoenix provide business continuity for our home office (Florida does have hurricanes!), it also allows us to provide 13-hours a day of availability to our membership, while still making sure that all our employees have a great work/life balance.
