Pedro H. Diaz is the Chief Experience Officer for GTE Financial. He brings to the credit union over 20 years of experience in sales and banking services. Diaz previously held the position of Senior Vice President, serving in various roles at one of the largest banking institutions in the nation.As Senior Vice President, he managed the Consumer and Small Business Banking Services in the Tampa Bay Area and focused on delivering a World Class Experience for Members and Associates alike. Over the last 18 years in the Tampa Bay Area, the veteran executive implemented sales and customer experience best practices across the entire organization and served as an expert and integral partner for key growth opportunities.Currently, Diaz oversees the credit union’s strategic planning and operation of its 24 Community Financial Centers and two Member Care Call Centers. This includes setting goals for sales performance and management, growing market share, increasing profitability, identifying market opportunities and ensuring that GTE Financial members always experience the best value and service with complete confidence.Diaz earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Benjamin Franklin University. He is the Executive Chair of the Hispanic/ Latino Organization for Leadership (HOLA).
