With the launch of 'Instantly Easy,' the financial institution boosts member value by providing virtual product tutorials which include step-by-step instructions on the mobile app’s features.

These tutorials, available in English and Spanish, show members how to seamlessly use GTE’s Mobile app's innovative features like virtual card replacement, add-to-wallet, mobile deposit, bill pay, and Zelle. GTE will release more virtual product tutorials throughout the year.

"In 2021 alone, GTE replaced thousands of cards through our mobile app and doubled our mobile wallet users, so we know how important features like these are and want to ensure all of our members are aware of them."

In addition to the GTE mobile app and virtual products tutorials, members can also access the GTE Cards app specifically for use with their credit and debit cards. They can control when, where, and how their cards are used and set up real-time transaction alerts to fight against fraud. 

Other instantly easy benefits include access to over 30,000 surcharge-free CO-OP ATMs nationwide and a team of bilingual, Tampa-based financial advocates available 7 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week, 361 days a year via phone or live chat. 

To spread the word about GTE Financial’s convenient banking experience, they have launched an advertising campaign, including TV commercials that highlight a relatable experience where a busy mom searches for her card while the line grows longer behind her. GTE saves the day when she remembers that she can simply issue herself a new card in the app, save it to her mobile wallet, and complete her purchase. The campaign also includes radio commercials, billboards, and digital ads.
