    • I like the old app. Why can’t I continue to use that one?
      Our new app has all of the functionality from the old app, but since we completely redesigned it from the ground up, it's considerably faster...and has several new features that the old app didn't! Our favorite new feature is the virtual card, try it out!
    • When do I have to upgrade?
      You must upgrade by January 11th, as the functionality in the old app will stop working. You do not have to wait until then to download the new app though, it's available now in your app store!
    • How do I download the new one?
      You can download it directly from the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store on your phone.
    • What new features will I gain?
      Our favorite, is the Virtual Card! Visit this page to see all of our new features, as the list will keep growing.
    • Will I lose any functionality?
      No! We made sure the new app does everything you're used too...except faster! We've also included some new features like your Go Points, and Virtual Cards.
    • What devices are supported with new app?

    • What if I forgot my username or password?
      You can obtain your username or reset your password when you open the current App on your phone. Once you have logged in, please log out and download the new App.
    • What if I get an error or prompt to call in?

      Before calling, please go ahead and try the process again. If you continue to get an error message, feel free to call in for assistance! Please note, that we are currently experiencing high call volume during this transition, we apologize in advance for longer wait times.

    • Will my login info change?
      No, your login will not change, and you will continue to use your current credentials.
    • Why am I just now hearing about the new app?

      Our new app launched in October this year! We have been doing our best to communicate this through various channels. If you haven't heard from us, please ensure your address, phone number, and email is correct in our system! That way we can communicate with you properly and keep you informed on the latest GTE news!

    • Will I have to reconfigure any account information or preferences?
      All of your account information, transactions, and scheduled transactions will be transferred over into the new app! However, any alert preferences or custom alerts you had will need to be set up again in the new app.
