Chad Burney serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of GTE Financial, where he leads the organization’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital innovation initiatives. With extensive experience in financial services technology and operations, Chad is focused on delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing systems that enhance both employee and member experiences.
He has been recognized for his leadership in technology, including being named Technology Executive of the Year at the ABA Stevie Awards in 2023. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Syracuse University, a Master of Science in Management Science, and a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the State University of New York.
