As a Community Partner, businesses extend financial wellness benefits to employees, helping strengthen retention, reduce financial stress, and support our shared mission of empowering financial freedom.

Eligibity requirements:
Business with 10+ employees, and partner with GTE for at least one annual engagement opportunity.


Impact

For non-profit organizations

As an Impact Partner, non-profits can amplify their community impact by partnering with us to bring financial literacy, volunteer engagement, and wellness resources to their employees and volunteers.

Eligibility requirements
Non-profit organization with 10+ employees or volunteers and/or 50+ active program participants.


Pathway

For small businesses & community groups

Our Pathway to partnership program is perfect for smaller organizations that may not meet the minimum employee or volunteer requirement but still want to extend GTE's benefits to their teams.

Affiliates receive access to digital financial wellness tools and ready-to-use resources that introduce employees to the benefits of banking with GTE.

Membership Eligibility
Membership with GTE Financial is required to open accounts or access member-exclusive offers. Program details, benefits, and eligibility requirements may change or be discontinued without notice.

Partnership Eligibility
Pathway Affiliations are open to any organization. Impact and Community Partnerships are available to organizations located within 25 miles of a GTE Financial Community Financial Center and are subject to NCUA approval and additional eligibility criteria outlined on this website. Partnership approval does not guarantee event participation, sponsorship, or funding.

Business Relationship Plus Checking Fee Waiver
New Community Partners receive a three-month courtesy fee waiver upon enrollment. One qualifying activation must occur within the first three months to maintain eligibility. Reviews are completed quarterly; at least one activation per calendar year is required to remain eligible. Standard fees may resume if requirements are not met.

Deposit Benefits
Go Premium Checking credits are available for six months to new members who open and fund a Go Premium Checking account. Early Paycheck is available to new members who open a checking account and establish a qualifying direct deposit within one month of membership. Benefits end at the conclusion of the fourth month following enrollment.

Additional Benefits

- $250 mortgage closing-cost credit valid for Florida properties using code CPHOME25O. Closing cost discounts will be applied at the time of closing and applied on the appropriate closing documents. Valid on first mortgages only.

- $150 closing cost discount available when using GTE Title Services with code BANKATWORK. This benefit applies only to loans being closed with a lender other than GTE Financial. To redeem, contact the GTE Title team at 813-414-6330 or email all@gtetitle.com, provide your loan information, and mention the code BANKATWORK. Closing cost discounts will be applied at the time of closing and reflected on the appropriate closing documents.

Loan approval and terms are subject to creditworthiness and underwriting criteria.

Business Banking
Offers are available to qualified business members. Additional terms and disclosures are provided at account opening or at gtefinancial.org/business.

Financial Wellness, Grants & Event Support
Lunch & Learn sessions are available to Community Partners achieving 10 new employee memberships per calendar year; benefits reset annually. Event participation and sponsorships are evaluated individually and based on availability. Grant opportunities are offered at GTE Financial’s discretion and are not guaranteed through partnership.

Insurance Agency Products are offered through GTE Insurance, LLC and BlueStar Insurance, LLC; Credit Union Service Organizations owned by GTE Financial. GTEInsurance.com and MyBlueStarInsurance.com insurance products are not federally insured, are not obligations of the credit union, and are not guaranteed by the credit union.
