We have fantastic news about your home Community Financial Center (CFC) that we're eager to share with you! GTE Financial is always striving to enhance your banking experience, and this news is no exception. We’re moving to the Channelside!
Where are we moving to? We're not going far at all! Our new location is situated right in the heart of the Channel District at 140 S Meridian Ave, Tampa, FL 33602.
Why are we moving? The space we are currently using has been purchased. However, we want to assure you that we remain committed to serving the Downtown Tampa community, where we've proudly had roots since 1935. Our presence in this vibrant area is essential to us.
Are there benefits to the new space? Absolutely! The new location offers several advantages:

Closer to the interstate for easier access.
Covered parking to protect your vehicle.
A significantly larger space inside for your banking needs.
Most excitingly, we'll be even closer to Amalie Arena. GTE Financial is now the proud sponsor and official credit union of the Tampa Bay Lightning!
When will this move occur? We anticipate the move to take place on September 23rd.
Will services change, and will the team be different? Rest assured; your trusted Downtown CFC team will remain the same, ready to assist you. Our services will continue without interruption.
But that's not all! We have an exciting addition for you. We have installed a 24-7 ATM at 701 N Franklin Street, Tampa, FL 33602, which is less than 0.1 mile from the current Downtown CFC.
This ATM will be there permanently, even after the move! What's more, it's also an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), meaning during business hours (M-F 9-6 and Saturdays 9-1), you can connect directly with a teller for your transactions.
We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for you and look forward to serving you in our new Channelside location.
