Dona Svehla serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating and Lending Officer at GTE Financial, where she oversees lending operations, technology solutions, marketing, product and organizational performance. With extensive experience in lending, collections, and loss prevention, Dona has been instrumental in expanding access to affordable financial solutions while driving operational excellence.
She was recognized as Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Business Woman of the Year in 2023. Dona holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences from National Louis University and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
