Jennifer Maxfield, SVP and Chief Marketing & Impact Officer, has been an important member of GTE’s leadership team for over eight years, holding several positions within the credit union. Maxfield has taken a lead role in the development of products, and data and marketing strategies. Her efforts have been at the heart of the financial institution’s brand expansion throughout the Tampa Bay area and within the credit union industry.
Her strategic acumen has played a pivotal role in introducing a lineup of new products to GTE Financial’s membership. Maxfield led the revamp and launch of the organization’s website, credit card and checking account suites and a new gamified loyalty rewards program, Go Points. In addition, Maxfield’s team won numerous industry awards for excellence in marketing and philanthropy. Maxfield is a proud Gator! She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Florida in Gainesville. She also received her Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
