Manny Aguilar serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at GTE Financial, where he leads initiatives focused on enhancing member experience and driving business growth. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial banking, Manny brings a strong background in strategic planning, relationship management, and financial services execution.

Since joining GTE in 2020, he has played a key role in advancing the organization’s business banking capabilities and overall member engagement. Manny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida..
