Jerry Pippins came to mortgage lending from the classroom, where he spent a decade teaching social studies in Manatee and Sarasota counties - making complicated things make sense to anyone actually listening. He brings the same approach to the loan process, working with first-time homebuyers, licensed professionals, and buyers who are income-qualified but short on cash to close.

Fun facts:

Jerry lives in the Bradenton–Sarasota area with his two boys, who have so far shown no interest in the bond market. He reads history, follows markets, and speaks enough Spanish to make friends, get himself into trouble, and usually back out of it. As a recovering teacher, he's genuinely happy to explain something more than twice.
