Online Banking
- Login to Online Banking.
- Click on “Pay/Transfer” in main menu OR click on the Quick Access three dots to the right of the account, then select "Make A Payment."

Prefer to send your payment by mail?
To make a payment by mail, follow the instructions on your account statement exactly as directed. For credit card and mortgage payments, please include the payment coupon from the account statement.
Set up automatic payments
Set up automatic payments and simplify your life! No more writing checks or worrying about due dates. We will withdraw your payment in the amount you indicate automatically.
- Option 1: Login to Online Banking and select 'Pay/Transfer' from the main menu. Select the loan account, then set the 'Frequency' and 'Payment Type.'
- Option 2: Login to Online Banking and select 'Services' under your user profile information. Fill out the correct form:
- Setup Automatic Credit Card Payment
- Setup Automatic Mortgage Payment
You will continue to receive monthly statements as a record of charges and payments.
Try Skip-A-Pay
Eligible members can skip their loan payment during the month of their choice for just $35!*
*Skip-A-Payment is offered on qualifying loans only one time per 12 calendar months. If a member has multiple qualifying loans, they may skip each loan at different times. Interest will continue to accrue on the loan balance (including the skipped payment). As a result, (a) you will be required to pay more interest during the loan term; (b) you will be required to make more periodic payments on the loan until the loan balance and all interest and fees thereon are paid in full; and (c) the expected loan term will be extended. This extension in no way otherwise alters the original terms and conditions of the loan contract as previously disclosed to the borrower(s). Interest will continue to accrue on the unpaid balance of the loan at the agreed rate. If you elected GAP coverage, claim coverage does not extend to the amount of the payment(s) deferred. In addition, the coverage will not be extended beyond the original maturity date. It is your responsibility as the member to stop or suspend any recurring automatic payment(s) that were previously established with a financial institution or vendor other than GTE Financial, and you agree to pay any fees incurred by stopping the automatic payment(s). If your loan is set up on a recurring draft that is established with GTE Financial, the payment must be skipped no less than 3 business days prior to the payment date for the loan to allow GTE Financial reasonable time to stop payment from processing.
