Entry Period: The GTE Financial New Port Richey Vendor Village Passport Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM ET on 10/03/2026 and ends at 12:00 PM ET on 10/03/2026.

Open to all event attendees.
To be eligible, participants must visit all required Passport stops and collect all designated Passport stamps during the New Port Richey Grand Opening on 10/03/2026 at GTE Financial New Port Richey 9746 Little Road New Port Richey, FL 34654 . Completed Passports must be submitted to the designated collection location (event dome) by 12:00 PM ET on 10/03/2026 to receive one (1) entry into the drawing.
Limit one (1) completed Passport entry per person. Must be 18 and older to enter.
4. Drawing
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible completed Passports received during the promotional period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible completed Passports submitted.
The random drawing will be conducted by at least two (2) GTE Financial representatives.
5. Prize
Prize Description: Four (4) Tampa Bay Rays tickets for a 2027 game; date to be determined.

Tickets may not be resold, transferred, substituted, or exchanged. Tickets are valid only for the specified event date and cannot be exchanged for another date. Upon qualification, the member must sign for receipt of the tickets. All tickets are non-refundable. Lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced tickets will not be replaced or redeemed for cash or any other item of value. If the member is unable to attend on October 30, 2026, tickets will not be exchanged, refunded, or replaced.
