To access this service:
- Login to the GTE Mobile App > Tap ‘Accounts’ and then Tap ‘Deposit’
- Login to GTE Online Banking > Click ‘Pay/Transfer’ and then go to ‘Deposit Check’
- Simply follow the prompts to make your remote deposit
- Also, if you are getting regular deposits, consider setting up Direct Deposit for a free and ultra-convenient experience
*Acceptance and Funding: Once you submit a check, the first $275 of the funds will usually appear in your available balance the next business day. If your check is over $275, the amount exceeding $275 will be available within two (2) to seven (7) business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. In some instances, your check deposit(s) may require an acceptance process. In this case, the first $275 will be available the following business day and any balance over $275 will be available within two (2) business days. You will receive a notification when your deposit is accepted. Your funds will be available when the deposit shows in your account. Please note, there may be some time in between when you receive the acceptance notification and when your funds are available in your account. Check may also be subject to verification which may delay processing and funds availability up to two (2) to seven (7) business days. Upon enrolling in Mobile Deposit, your first three (3) checks will go through a verification process and funds will not be immediately available. Apple®, Android® and browser settings and updates may also impact the ability to use this service. Please make sure to use the most current versions of a browser or operating system for optimal performance. When using a mobile app, data and other wireless carrier charges may apply.
