SKATE NIGHT DATE NIGHT CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Contest Eligibility

The contest to win a Skate Night Date Night on 4/07/2026 from 6:00pm to 8:30pm (Date and time subject to change) for yourself and one guest. This is open to Florida residents with valid identification; 18 years or older for both the winner and their guest. The Skate Night Date Night includes dinner for you and a guest (valued at $140), a skating experience at Benchmark International Arena, and a Swag Bag (valued at $100).

2. Sponsor

GTE Financial, 711 E Henderson Ave, Tampa, FL 33602. Lightning Hockey LP (the “Lightning”), VSG Enterprises LLC (“VSG”), and Tampa Bay Arena, LLC (“TBA”) are not a sponsor, co-sponsor, organizer, or administrator of this Contest.

3. Agreement to Contest Rules

By entering the contest, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these official contest rules and all decisions made by the sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

4. Timing

The contest begins on March 10th, 2026, and ends on March 25th, 2026. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete and submit a webform using the provided URL, which will include acceptance of GTE Financial’s Talent Release Policy. A text entry submission is required as part of the application. Additional instructions on how to submit the entry will be available on the contest page.

6. Winner Determination

One (1) winner will be selected based on creativity, text content, and narrative, based on the prompt: “Tell us why you and your partner deserve to win the Skate Night Date Night?(Minimum 50 words)”  and is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsors will notify the potential winner via phone call or email on the week of March 25th (as applicable) and will provide further instructions to claim his/her prize. Each potential winner will be required to verify his/her email address or phone number and provide their full name and mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) information for prize fulfillment purposes in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide any requested information, does not comply with these Official Rules, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize may be awarded to a runner-up, if any, at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Event to be held at a non-business residence in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Sarasota, Manatee or Marion County. Location restrictions may apply and will be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. A Bolts Home Swag Bag valued at $500. And a food & non-alcoholic beverage package for ten valued at $250. The Bolts House Party is not contingent on a GTE Home Loan closing prior to the winner selection date.

This experience is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Bolts House Party for one of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. 2025-2026 GTE Financial Lightning Game Day Giveaway (“Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Participation in this Contest constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. Timing

The Sweepstakes begins December 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends December 19, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Entry Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Contest.
